There is a need to start this discussion of how women are portrayed in the movies and how it directly impacts our society and the future generation of young women. There have been path breaking achievements by women in almost all sectors barring movies. It is so painful to watch how they are written and how mainstream commercial cinema writers/directors need to put in more efforts to change it. In this Episode we focus on these exact same issues and give in our inputs as to what exactly is the reason, industry being more inclusive and the sheer purchasing power of women and how cinema will change for good.
