Ted Speaks
Ted Carew
Ted Speaks is a venue where we can collaborate with other professionals in the health and safety industry and share valuable information with our listeners. My name is Ted Carew and I have been in the health and safety industry for over 20 years. I will be talking with other health and safety professionals to cover important topics related to our field. As the owner of Total Health & Safety Solutions, I realize, as do all of you listening, the importance of a strong health and safety process in any business. During our podcasts, we want to share ideas, learn from each other's experiences and work towards a common goal - making the workplace a healthy and safe environment, especially in today’s world. Ted Speaks believes in staying positive and even throwing in a little humor now and then. Sometimes when we approach even the serious topics in life with a positive attitude and a laugh or two, we can accomplish so much more and motivate others to do the same. Thanks for joining us and enjoy the show!

They delve into the often overlooked topic of safety for temporary and seasonal workers, with Tracy highlighting strategies to reduce their high injury rates. Listen in as she uncovers why California's safety regulations are more stringent and how this proactive approach is reshaping safety norms.
Moreover, Tracy reveals her insights on the significance of investing in seasonal workers and the potential payoff. You won't want to miss her clever solutions to common language barriers in training and her strong belief in the power of mentoring for temporary worker success.
